HORRIBLE! Everything from Roaches to Over Priced!

I have lived here for 2 years and thank god I'm getting out!
I just learned that right across the street there is a similar community that does not charge you for petty things and had free gas.
While living here I have had a problem with Roaches the last 9 months and they are doing nothing to correct it and there is pet poop everywhere!
I currently pay 650 for a 1 bedroom plus gas and electric. They also charge me for a storage locker and a pool pass!
The place I'm moving to (Crane Village) is only $600 a month for a 1 bedroom and Gas, Pool and a Storage locker is included!
The office staff at Hyland Hills is rude and they are closed every other day, take two hour lunch breaks and never return your call.

Amen, I am suprised that Barb has not made a rude comment on your posting yet. THIS POST IS RIGHT YOU WILL REGRET MOVING HERE. They also raise your rent every year about $15/month.
