Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Lived on 307 N. Neville. Convenient but kind of dirty at move in. The landlord is difficult to deal with and frequently comes in unannounced. Parking costs extra but street parking is available. A tad on the expensive side. I guess for Oakland it is okay. One of the better slumlords and the location is quite convenient. Don't expect too much though, anywhere in Oakland.
