Had to call health department

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Had to call the Health Department to get them to replace furnace at the end of October.
Kefalos knew in MAY that the furnace needed to be replaced. I called them once a month until we started freezing over night, then called every week. When the temperature in the apartment dipped to a constant 50 degress Fahrenheit, that's when I called the Health Department.
Ever since then, had to fax letters with the threat to call the Health Department to have every other problem fixed, including the refridgerator, toilet, AC, and hot water heater.
Person who answers phones does not write anything down. Agents drive SUVs while tenents are forced to walk on 20 year old carpets.
