Nick Kefalos and Joe Davis are liars and thieves. Joe Davis is a runt who has no clue how to deal with people. I had rented a place from a home owner who sold the house to Joe Davis. I tried to contact Joe and Kefalos and my calls had been returned a week and a half later. I had things stolen from the garage. The landlord also wanted to enter my apartment without me being there. I would never recommend renting from these losers. I fixed them though. They thought they were dealing with an amateur. Scammers.
