I'm the neighbor to one of their properties. For over a year they've refused to do anything about the leaking gutters that are flooding my basement and ruining my foundation. Finally I've called the wilkinsburg code enforcement office to resolve the issue. The gutters have thumb sized holes up and down their entire length, there might as well not be gutters at all, it would make no difference. This is a huge problem with the homes being only 5 feet apart.

The front porch was also nearly falling down after water damaged caused the wood to rot. The corner pillar was missing the entire bottom 3 inches. It was actually hanging from the roof rather than supporting the roof. They only fixed this after threatening to ask to have the place condemned when I called about the gutters. They've replaced the wood but have yet to do anything about the gutters.

I've called their offices dozens of times for well over a year now. Yet still no action. They should be ashamed, making money off of a property while willingly destroying their neighbor's property.
