Nice, but price keeps going up and up... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   The Good: The building and apartments are kept in *very* good condition. Maintenance is very helpful. You never need to turn on the heat on the top floor. The Bad: Most tenants do not speak english Building manager is not very friendly. (Other staff is fine, though) Very expensive. And the price keeps going up every year. If you're borderline with the cost, look elsewhere. You *will* be paying more when it comes time for lease renewal! Overcrowded bike rack in basement with bikes that have 1 inch of dust on them. (But the fact that there's a bike rack at all could be a plus)
