Fitness Center Concerns From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Overall this apartment complex is a nice place to live, however, the treadmills in the fitness room are VERY often broken. When equipment breaks it takes a long time before it is fixed. The concern is that they raised the rent because of improvements such as the fitness center yet it is subpar.
