Kenmawr Apartments

This place is great! but expensive From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The Good: - Management was great. I came in to fill out the application, and I moved in the same day (to save money by not staying at a hotel). Since I had no furniture, they allowed me to stay in on of their guest rooms at no extra charge. - The building is new and very energy efficient. Cool in the summer and warn in the winter. It wasn't even necessary to turn up my own heat during winter! - Place was very clean when I moved in. - The staff was very nice and accommodating. - The gym was excellent. Usually very few people around. - Remodeled place are very nice. The Bad: - Very expensive - but you see where you money goes. - Apartments that are not renovated are kind of ugly. Conclusion One of the best place to live in if you can afford it. Not recommended for undergrads. Perhaps to quiet. The only reason this place doesn't get a 5 from me is the price.
