I've lived in this building for close to three years. It has it's drawbacks, but the list of conveniences and amenities far outweighs the problems. The apartment costs are reasonable, considering they include all utilities, and each apartement has a/c, wall-to-wall, etc. The indoor parking is great... although it is situated in the middle of several major buslines.
