I've lived here for 8 months and it's a really nice apartment. It's quiet (other than outside noise). The neighbors are nice. The only problem I have is that it's so expensive. We pay $750/month for a one bedroom apartment. So, it's not good for a student unless your parents are going to help you pay it or you have a really awesome job. The parking garage really isn't too great either because the cars are very close together and you have to pay another $75 a month for that. And if you have a pet, it's not for you because you can't have them here. Lucy is a good landlord though and the custodial and maintenance staff are good as well.
