Pros--
-Beautiful hardwood floors
-Great layout
-Maintenance has been great (they came immediately after I called them every single time!)
-Very safe building and area
-They vacuum the hallways and take out the trash regularly
-They also help you move in and out
-Nice quiet building
-Centralized location (very close to a number of Universities without the noise)


Cons--
-Kitchens and bathrooms may not be big or renovated (some do not seem to match the beauty of the rest of the apartment)
-Air conditioning fee
-Stay with your laundry (things have been known to be taken)
-No dishwasher
-No parking (although there is a garage you can pay $75/month- those guys are great)
