I've lived here for a little over a year and in general like the place. Our apt is beautiful and very spacious, though I hear its the biggest one in the building. Staff is great at fixing problems (minus a leaking ceiling which was fixed externally but the plaster is still hanging), and also is happy to deliver your mail to your door on occasion. Neighbors are generally friendly and quiet, but you can hear everything that goes on outside even on the top floor. Location is great; within 10 minutes walk and drive to everything of interest in the area. Overall a nice place to live.
