In Short, i absolutely love my apt. at the King Edward. Unfortunatley the management (not the maintenance staff) has been rude to myself and my fiance since day one. I beleive the staff like to have an older clientel and with us both being 22 and just graduating from college we tend to get "snubbed" a lot for being the "young ones" (as we have been called). Our rent is always on time. We never have visitors and have only asked for a maintenance repair when our large kitchen ceiling light fell and shattered. Everytime we encounter the management they have been nothing but rude or short with us. The maintenance crew and the secretary in the office are sweet so if you can go to them and avoid the management i would advise it.
recently they shut the water off in the entire building for over 48hrs. they said it would only be for 12hrs. not even an apology for the inconveinence was posted.
