Pros: 10 min walk to CMU and prob 15 to Pitt. I rather catch the bus if im going to Pitt since the bus stops right downstairs. theres 71A and 54C downstair or you can walk a block to catch the 81B, 71C,D, etc. Both university buses/shuttles stop right at the corner. Place is safe. Gas station/Pizza store across the street. Managment collects your packages - so fedex/ups boxes hardly get losts. Very quiet - i hardly hear any music/noise from my neighbors. Apt is huge and well kept. Clog toilets and dripping faucets are fixed the next day. Laundromat downstairs. Windows are great...they pay for utilities....(good for leaving my pc on all day)... they always have heat during the winter.. (love that and its free)...

Cons: The management lady is really mean and you gotta learn how to deal with her. Managment has keys to your place and the maintenance crew comes in to fix up your apt during the day. The crew is alright - most are friendly and some looks like ex-thugs from 20 years ago. btw... building is old.... a whole wall of old king edward fell off... you can see it yourself .. its between new king edward and old king edward - top floor. It took managment like a whole month or more to start working on it and after 3 months we see a new wall there...wtf....

Can you hear footsteps from above? Mangmt - Is she mean or just kinda short with responses? Any roach problems?
