Kind Edward was "okay." It was nice to be close to the campus (either CMU or Pitt). Though the noise was a bit much at times. The people that worked there were helpful for the most part. When It came time to move out, I cleaned my entire apartment to perfection, and when i got my security deposit they took 95 dollars off for cleaning. 40 for stove, 35 for bathroom, 20 for refrigerator. Just awesome aren't they!

I got charged 40 dollars for the stove as well...which was never cleaned when I moved in

After reading these reviews, I cleaned my apt and appliances very thoroughly before moving out. (Someone from management actually came by about a week before I moved out, and I had her look things over to make sure it was clean enough.) I got every cent back.
