I have lived in the King Edward for several years and always paid my rent on time. One time my bank made a mistake and sent the check late. The girl in the office wanted to talk to me about the problem in the hallway and I had to request to sit down to talk to her. She didn't care how long I had lived in the apartment building or that I had paid my rent on time for 4 years. She was very rude and unprofessional. It is also very difficult to get any maintenance done for your apartment. It is a nice building and I had enjoyed living there until I had to deal with the very rude and unprofessional office staff. Think carefully before you move in here.
