I've lived here about 7 years. Heat, water and sewer are included! These units are condos and are privately owned, so condition can depend a bit on the unit owner. They are well built and the exterior maintenance is great and timely. Great pool and very friendly.

Most units have a washer and dryer, but there are laundry facilities in the complex.
