this apartments are the worst apartment since the new management took over I have one of the "remodeled apartments" I have had nothing but problems since I transferred form the old apartment here, At the old apartment we asked to be transferee because we had small children and teenagers were having sex in the hall. the charged us $300.00 to transfer, the new apartments look nicer at first but were not, there are electrical problems in the new apartments, NO HEAT, NO STORGE units like they tell every one, the cabinets starting falling apart after only living here for a month and there is a rodent infestation that they refuse to have fixed, they do not even have screens on all the windows, I have been complaining since July and all they say is they will get to it when they get to it, it is so bad that I even called the housing authority on them and reported the problem.

I don't understand why you gave the parking that high of marks since we are the only people in Baldwin forced to pay to park and to pay for visitors to park. It is racist on Baldwin's part and I'm white. When this first took place I called and was told it is so Baldwin knows who is coming and going. I guess it is ok for anyone to come and go if you own a house in Baldwin you could be a serial killer but as long as you don't live in the Leland Pointe projects it is ok, then we don't care who you are. The ACLU wouldn't do anything about it either I guess it wasn't important enough to get Vic on TV. I was told to get a private attorney. Meanwhile if you go up Macassar the people who have driveways and garages block the street up with parking and they get to do it for free. Leland Pointe and previous owners should have fought for their residents to park for free also, they are probably getting a kickback from the borough.
