leland point apartments From: lisa021275 Date posted: 11/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   this apartments are the worst apartment since the new management took over I have one of the "remodeled apartments" I have had nothing but problems since I transferred form the old apartment here, At the old apartment we asked to be transferee because we had small children and teenagers were having sex in the hall. the charged us $300.00 to transfer, the new apartments look nicer at first but were not, there are electrical problems in the new apartments, NO HEAT, NO STORGE units like they tell every one, the cabinets starting falling apart after only living here for a month and there is a rodent infestation that they refuse to have fixed, they do not even have screens on all the windows, I have been complaining since July and all they say is they will get to it when they get to it, it is so bad that I even called the housing authority on them and reported the problem.
