We moved here with no knowledge of the area. The place has garbage everywhere, there is hardly any heat. Parking is horrible, if you get in late, like after 7 p.m. you are walking a mile to your apartment. We have kids we don't even let play outside because we don't feel its safe. We have neighbors who have domestic disputes that you can hear clear as day at all hours of the day, the same neighbors you can also hear having sex!!! I think we are one of the few that dont use section 8 also (which we was never told this was section 8 when we moved in).

I'm on sect. 8 and I also hate it here. Please don't lump all Sect 8 people together, that is why I can't find a decent place to live. I know many are lowlives but not all. This is the worst place ever, I lived in Mifflin Estates before and thought it was the worst, it was a palace compared to this. It would be great if everyone moved out of there, the new ownership has made it worse than it was and I never thought that would be possible.
