Stay Away Renters!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 2 responses   When you are just looking, the office staff is polite and make promises, but don't be fooled! They don't maintain the property like it says in the lease and will charge you the highest price they can get away with. It took months for us to get major drafts taken care of, it felt like the heat wasn't working, when the water heater went, they tried to put an electric water heater in my townhouse because they pay for the gas and I pay for the electric! I had to get an attorney involved because they advertise one price and charge another.I am lucky enough to have gotten the proof they are overcharging me $130.00 a month too much! This place needs investigated by the Attorney General's office. The owner is arrogant and acts as if his tenants are low lifes. Once they get you to move in, the office staff is rude! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this complex! If you don't take the advice, then you are only asking for hassles!
