Lincoln At North Shore Apts

Great place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I'm a female law student who has lived here for almost 2 years. Chose this place because it's the safest, gated complex I found downtown. Nighttime security guard. Covered parking is a huge plus and I like that you don't have to valet like most other apartments downtown. Maintenance fixed any issues the same day or next day. Lincoln pays water bill. Animal-friendly. GREAT location for walking to PNC Park, Heinz Field, bars on the North Shore, or even the cultural district when the weather is nice. Expensive; but worth what you are getting when compared to other downtown apartments. I personally haven't had any issues with the management. I plan to continue living here until done with school.
