Way too noisy

Lincoln Club of McCandless is actually now The Club At North Hills, so check out those reviews too for a more complete look at this place. Likewise, this is a repost from my review I left for The Club at North Hills.
After 20 months I'm ready to call it quits at The Club at North Hills. This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE! The main problem is sound insulation. Basically, there is none. When I lived in an apartment below another family I could hear EVERYTHING that was going on upstairs when they where home. And it seemed like they kept the television on at all hours of the night. When they kept the noise level to a reasonable level it was still quite audible in my apartment. Furthermore, when they actually turned the music or tv up to a loud level,

it could be heard loudly in my apartment. And if they ever had guests over, well, forget about it! And when I complained to management about the problem, it took multiple complaints to get anything done. And at that point management threatened the offending party with EVICTION! which is just ridiculous considering the family upstairs wasnt being excessively noisey - it's not their fault everything they do can be heard in the apartment below. I learned to 'live with' the noise only because I didn't want to have the people above me evicted for something that is a structural problem.
Likewise, I've had noise complaints issued against me by my downstairs neighbor, repeatidly. I'm not overlly loud either; this place has no sound insulation whatsoever. One of the complaints was that I was walking too loudly. Yes you heard me, WALKING TOO LOUDLY! When management made me aware of the complaints, they were quite rude, condescending, argumentative, and threatening. I didn't feel like a paying customer at all. I felt as though I was being lectured in the principal's office for doing something wrong. And trust me, I did nothing wrong by living in my apartment! Every time they made me aware of the complaint, they'd throw in the fact that "if the problem is not remedied the eviction process will start." Each time I talked with management I was very polite and accomadating, but both Nicole and Jennifer (i dealt with them on multiple occasions) would try and start an argument. They're quite ridiculous and standoffish.
Well after hearing from Nicole and Jennifer over and over again I've developed a complex. I feel as though I have to walk on egg shells in my apartment just so I'm not harrassed the next day by management and/or evicted.
And all this for $700 a month for a one bedroom! This place is a joke. I've begun looking elsewhere for residency.
I strongly advise everyone stay away from The Club at North Hills! This place is just a huge overpriced headache. There are better and cheaper places to live. Save yourself the stress.
