Careful with the Management. They will steel your money from security deposit. My carpet had stains when we moved in. They refused to change it and only did a vacuum cleaning. When I moved out two years later they charged me $200 for carpet cleaning and send me notice that it was dirty and stained. What a crap!
If you are moving into one of their properties, remember to check everything very carefully and have them write down all problems on your movein check list and ask for a copy for your record. Atleast you will have that legal paper to fight against this management.

god i hope i read this review earlier! i'm fight with them to get my deposit back! the most rediculous deduction i've even heard of! stay away from them or at least be most alert when dealing with them!
