Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The only utility is electric but the heat is electric also therefore very expensive in the winter. Poorly insulated too. In the morning between 9-10:30 M-F there often was no or very little hot water. Otherwise it is an alright place it's clean, maintained, and in a good location. Street parking sucks but you will have that in Oakland.
