It's not that bad.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Overall, I was happy with my year at McKee, it has it's downfalls but its oakland and they weren't to bad. But positively, I loved the size of our apartment it was definitly big enough for the 5 people living there and I also liked having a balcony.
