I lived in this apt. my Junior year of college and this was not the first time I rented.

I complained numerous times about not having ANY hot water and never got any response. Finally my father called and left a message, surprise they came over the next day. They fixed the water problem, but Ms. Fields came over to talk to me. She threatened to call the cops on my father because he treatened her (my father is a business man, in no way did he threatener her). After talking to my friend who is a lawyer, I decided to do nothing about Ms. Fields threats. Later that evening my parents called me and said Ms. Fields left a message on the answering machine about how rude person I am. Unbelievable, please listen to me, don't rent from this very unproffesional company.
