This place wasn't all that bad. My only problem with them was that they show your apartment without notifying you ahead of time. They knock, wait a few seconds, then just barge in. It's rude and inconsiderate of their tenants privacy.

Other than that, they are very nice. I'm have lived there two years now, so have also experienced the management turnover. People always complain about Melissa, but I've always thought she was pleasant. Laura also seems very nice and helpful.

The maintenance crew is fabulous. I would give them the highest rating, they have always been very quick to respond to anything.
