(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

Awful Customer Service

The management office staff is the most rude, unfriendly and unhelpful group of people that I have ever dealt with. They have zero respect for the tenants.

The maintenance staff and service were great. I chose to renew my lease for another year because of this single reason.

I felt stuck because I had to resign my lease so early.
