MOZART IS so bad

I have been living at a building owned by mozart for awhile now, and they are the rudest people i have ever come in contact with. When i first moved in, i was told i could get another parking space, and then two days after i sign the lease they tell me that i can't. That there is a waiting list for parking even for the people who live there. This in my mind, is dishonest and wrong. Secondly, like another poster said, they have no offices to have you talk to someone, if you do have a problem, they make you sit in the lobby, which is rediculous as well.
Also, the people in the office are extremely rude, for the most part. Not everyone, some of the receptionists are nice, but for the most part they are rude and treat you like a commodity. It is unfair and unjust to be treated this way.
HOwever, the maintenance staff is nice, and the apartment is quiet. I would say that it is clean, and was clean when I moved in.
However, one thing i can't stand is that they will have their maintenance staff walk into your apartment even when you are not there. UNinvited, without any sort of notice that they were even there! THIS BORDERS ON ILLEGAL!
I have seen on several occassions where maintenance or administrators in the building have walked into people's apartments knowing that they were not home. I think that this is horrible and a extraordinary abuse of power. the doors don't have dead bolts on them, and i am sure that if one was to install one, you would get harassed or have to pay a fine.
there are other things, but these are the biggies. i would NOT recommend this company to anyone, because the personnel that works there are the most rude people in the city.
now, in mozarts defense, they keep there buildings clean and safe. for the most part. but there is too many harrassment issues that would make me think twice about renting from these people again.
