(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

I lived in what could easily be one of the best apartment complexes in Pittsburgh, if it were not for the antagonistic criminals that run the show.

Mozart management consists of a band of thieves, extortionists, and liars, who provide little help to the tenants and treat them in a diabolical manner. It is almost as if the ad for hiring management staff reads, "do not apply for this position if you are not an ------- and/or if you have any hint of empathy or people skills."

This experience made me realize the importance of management staff in the overall living experience. I would rather live in a mediocre physical structure that has good management, than a very nice physical structure that has rude, unhelpful staff.
