(user photo) (user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet

Bad Mgmnt Practices... Borderline Illegal

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I just needed a place for a year while on a project in Pittsburgh. The lease had even the people at corporate legal shaking their heads.

Management is hostile at best. Accomodations are medium at best. The only saving grace were the people on the maintenance staff.

It is a borderline con game. Stay away.
