(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

I lived at Mozart's roach-infested Heidelberg building. I rented one of the garages behind the building. The roof was slowly disintegrating onto my car. When I complained, the maintenance person came and nailed up a plywood panel.
I moved out four months before my lease expired because I bought a house. Their collection agency is still pursuing me. They send me a bill once a year just to make sure that I have a bad credit report.
