(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

Review is for the Cavendish
1) Car was broken into twice in the parking lot provided. Parking adequate but unsafe.
2) I had a package stolen from the "secure" mailroom. Mozart didn't care that possibly outside people have easy access to building. Claimed that the door not closing on people is more important than security.
3) Replaced my kitchen floor. Floor is now crooked tile, the worst tile job I have ever seen.
4) Wood around window leaked, creating mildew smell on rug, and rotted wood around window.
5) Only good thing, located next to busway and supermarket. Otherwise, I am sick of this crap.
