These folks are unbelievably unforgiving and truly evil. We had a family tragedy and absolutely had to have handicap accessibly items installed in of their apartments. They could not do it because of building regulations. That makes sense but they would not allow us out of the lease even thought we HAD to move due to medical needs. So we did the 3 month early out option where you must pay 3 months of the rent and then you can get out. Well due to a clerical error that option was scrapped for us and since we have turned the keys in already we cannot move back in to the unit. Their rules since they are ?trying? to rent it. So we are stuck paying for an apartment for over 6 months that even we cannot use along with a mortgage. These people are the most pathetic waste of humanity I have run across is quite some time. They will lock you in and keep taking your money. And all the workmanship (when they came on time) was done very poorly. Holes left in walls, rust stained water, water not working all the time, yelled at for parking just to bring up groceries by the doorman, ext.... I could go on but the lease issue is the biggest problem. Unbelievable. Whatever you do? DO NOT RENT FROM MOZART AND TELL ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO EITHER IF THEY ASK.

This is absolutely true about Mozart Management. My mother lives in one of their buildings and they had no light in the very dark parking garage, which caused my mother to fall and blackened her eye and cut her arm. When she asked them to please turn a light on at night, they told her the light comes on when the garage door opens and stays on for 10 seconds. They believe ten seconds is enough for older people to get groceries from their cars in the evenings and to get to the door and to get out of the dark garage. Also, not to mention the dangers women are exposed to in dark parking garages! Their apartments are overpriced and full of roaches and other constant malfunctions! They are rude and do not respect people's privacy, either. The list goes on and on forever. A group of tenants in one of their buildings is forming a coalition to go after them legally!
