(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

terrible rent hikes, dishonest staff

Our rent was increased by over 10% for each of two years. We stayed on for year 2, but not year 3. We were promised a storage locker, but after moving in were told that none existed for our apartment. It took over a year to get our parking deposit back. Their lease is out of control and about half of it is probably illegal. I'll never rent from them again.
