(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

Mozart Management is terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone, in fact I tell as many people as possible how much they suck.

Sure my rent isn't the the most expensive in Pittsburgh but I (or anyone else) do not deserve to have my privacy violated, no matter what their damn lease says. The people who work in the office are liars and extre mely rude. Once I was threatened by the scariest maintainence man for complaining about him! Don't be a fool; don't rent from Mozart!
