(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

Cloisters Review

The lease is somewhat draconian. For example, if you die in an accident, your co-signer is required to pay your rent for the duration of the lease. However, the Cloisters were well-maintained. The office staff was cold, but they were never rude. I never had a problem with pests of any sort. I would live there again.
