(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

Mozart Management is astonishingly horrible!!! I haven't lived in Pittsburgh for almost three years now and I am still having problems with them. Tell everyone you know NOT to rent from them. They will bend over backwards to "help" you get into one of their apartments and then do nothing but make things worse when there is a problem!
