(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

I have had no problems. I love the old world charm of this building and off street private parking.

I have had nothing short of great service. Staff is prompt, cutious, and efficient with every call I make.

Anything I've ever asked to be done regarding maintenence to a new bathroom floor has been outlined with an expected completion date and done in a timely fashion.

If anything the only issue I have is the 5 month advance lease signing....but you can play it out and you still can regign up to the day before your lease ends, as long as it hasn't re-rented....frankly who is going to rent 5 months in advance!! I signed my lease 3 weeks before the existing tenants lease ended.
