(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

I have never experienced a management company that treats me like I'm an ignorant 8-year-old. I have never experienced a lease or contract that was so legally restrictive, and in best laymens terms, full of baloney, than Mozart. I have never experienced personnel who are so talented at being OF NO HELP. I have never experienced maintenance employees who fail comprehend basic maintenance knowledge (no, you MAY NOT use my bathroom when you're painting my windowsills without my permission). I have never experienced a service in general who is more inhospitible and tied up with their personal interests. I have never experienced a service, in ANY other state, that writes leases upon illegal standards. Maybe a lawyer would have a field day, but I however, didn't. I would not rent from them again, I would not reccomend them to a friend or to an enemy, under any circumstance. Parking my car, was a nightmare, other than the stickers that never came off, I also went through the wringer when I had a rental while my car was in the shop. Their parking spaces are smaller than the "compact car" spaces at some shopping locations, fender-benders are a COMMON occurance at their parking lots. Bottom line: PAINFUL
