I came to Pittsburgh for 2 days to find an aparment. I called my roommate crying that there were no nice apartments here; that is until I saw the one I have been living in for two years. I am very very happy. Because of a screw up with our moving company, we did not have any furiture or supplies for the first month we lived here. The maintance men were amazing, they brought pots and pans from home to help us while we waited for our belongings. I am moving into a single in the same apartment complex. Because it is an in-house transfer, they are giving me time to move in slowly.

I have never lived in a place for more than a year and I would continue to rent from them if I were staying in the area.

they are strict about who can live here. which for those of us who are in school is a great thing. The caliber of persons the allow to live here, makes me feel safe and I know it is going to be quiet when I come home to study.

The office staff is not the most helpful; however, the maintance men are amazing. They will come up to your apartment to help you change a light bulb. I was trying to carry in a heavy box and they brought out the dolly to carry it in for me.

I have been very happy with this managment company.
