(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

I am leaving my apartment because I feel that Mozart Management is extremely disrespectful. Since I've chosen to leave the apartment, I've discovered that new tenants pay a lower price. When I brought this to the attention of the management, they informed me that was their way of getting people to come and that the only way I could get that price is to move to another apartment. Clearly getting people to stay is not a concern. This makes absolutely no sense but it gives you an idea of how they operate. Everything is done in this manner. When they fix something, they have to come back three times to repair the mess they made. One would imagine that they would lose money with all these decisions.
