STAY AWAY!!!

Our experience of Parklane was nothing but nightmare. Issues were;
1:Very poor insulation
2:Extremely rude office staff, who treats you like sxxt!!
3:Ridiculous contract, which forces the tenants to give up their basic human right. Tenants must decide about renewal 5 months prior to the end of the lease.
4: Security issue: Because of this stupid contract, the Mozart staff could come in the room anytime at their convenience without any notice.
5:Poor sanitation. Infested with bunch of roaches.
6:False fire alarms went off frequently, say, every 1-2 weeks. It went off at 5AM one time.
Let me share with you some episodes when I lived there. In one of the long weekend, the staff suddenly requested access to the closet to access the sewage system of the next room. I understand that it has to be dealt without any delays, but they just broke in our room practically, and left a big hole on the wall and huge mess in the closet, where we stored our staff. Later I made a complain that they should at least ask the permission to enter the room before. But the manager yelled me that "Under the contract, you agreed that we come in your room anytime we want, even 3AM!! We do not need to get a further permission" They practically ruined our holidays.
When we visited the room for final cleaning, we saw many roaches there, even we practically vacated the room a week ago, suggesting the severe infestation of roaches over there. we followed the stupid guideline and left the keys and garage opener to the drawer as instructed. But the Mozart penalized us and charged us $200 for not returning keys and garage openers, even without checking the drawer. This episode clearly shows their attitude towards tenants.
One night, they arranged towing of the cars parked in the outdoor parking space around 3AM. I do not know the details about it, but it was very noisy and disturbing enough to wake up everybodies there, because we lived on the 4th floor. This episodes, again, clearly shows their attitude towards tenants.
