I recently recommended Mozart to a friend because I've been living with them for three years. My friend found this site and brought it to my attention. After reading this, I just have a few things to say in all fairness. I've now been at the Georgian (Ellsworth) for three years. I don't claim to know what's happened to some of the people who post on this site, but my experience has been nothing like that. I'm not saying Mozart's been perfect, but they certainly haven't been abusive to me. Far from it. Now parking has been a pain, but I live in Shadyside, so I expect that to some extent. I have a permit and park on the street. Mozart told me I was not eligible to park in the garage because I live in a studio, and the parking's limited. Ok, thaat obviously sucks, but they didn't put a gun to my head and make me sign their lease either. The gripes I've read about the office staff (some people nice, some people mean) sounds like almost every business in the world! No one has ever been rude to me, even if there's an occassional estrogen deprived office worker to deal with. Like I said, I was shocked that my friend referred me to this site and I just think it seems a little over the top.
