I wish I would have never moved in!!!! I'm in the last month of my lease and even though I have not found a new place I can't wait to leave. It starts 2 years ago when we moved in. The place was absolutely gross. We spent 3 days cleaning before we would even think of moving in out stuff. We requested for the place to be painted because there was mold growing all over the bathroom ceiling. Six months and I don't know how many phone calls later they come to paint. Woo Hoo only 6 months of living with a disgusting mold all over the bathroom. Now I'll stip ahead though all the other pains in the but that they caused me to the most recent hasle. We are trying to move out and every other day it seems we get a call about some new or other charge we are going to have to pay or go to court. Well, See you in court. I've never had to go to court to move out of an appartment at the end of a lease before. Oh, speaking of the lease. If you're even concidering renting from mozart (which you shouldn't be) make absolutely sure you have a lawer aprove the lease. This thing is B.S.

I quit Mozart years ago. In the meantime, I've discovered that 1) State law REQUIRES 24 hours notice before entering your apartment, REGARDLESS of the wording of your lease. SOMEONE, PLEASE take Mozart to court over this! That's right, it IS ILLEGAL for them to violate your privacy EVEN THOUGH they write it into your lease!!! And, 2) By all means, people, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE look up the state's attorney general's office's website. If Mozart does something you don't like, and you complain, and nothing happens (or they fail at maintenance, try to charge you for out-of-contract things, etc.) you should FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL's office RIGHT AWAY. There is a form to fill out on the A.G.'s website. It's EASY. After 2-3 complaints from different tenants, the A.G. WILL do something about Mozart. But NOBODY complains!!! It drives me nuts.
