(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

Mozart is not a good company to rent from. They do not care, they do not respect. They execute on the contract FULLY so make sure you read it. The thing that disturbed me most was rude office staff, "maintenance" randomly entering the apartment and Mozart demanding renewal 6 months before the lease was up.
