(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

As a tenant who did not sign a lease with Mozart, but was forced to become a tenant by the selling of the ex-Calmar/Ravenswood apartment building, my experience was unprofessional, harrassment, and insane. I warn anyone who uphold their spiritual beliefs and values to avoid this company. As a child of Jesus Christ, I witnessed signs of the anti-christ. Beware! the end is come.
