(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

Not The Worst, But No Where Near Great Either

I lived in a studio at the Arlington. My two biggest gripes. They don't allow you to paint the apartment however they do nothing to patch up the place. There were nails and holes left from the last tenant they were never dealt with. The cockroaches were getting on my nerves. I kept my place immaculate yet it needed to be sprayed constantly. I never had any qualms about the staff. The maintenance staff was really helpful during moveout. The lease expires ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE END OF THE MONTH!!! I read that lease with a fine tooth comb and I still missed this. All and all, I would not and did not rent from this management company.
