(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

We really enjoyed the apartment at Schenley Arms! It was a huge corner apartment, tons of storage and great style with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and new kitchen. The bathroom was old and was the part I didn't like. The other thing is that were you park the car (which is behind the building) the road is terrible!!! Nobody plows the snow during winter time and is fulled with holes. But overall was a very nice experience! The contract is long and might freak you out but wasn't bad and no need of deposit.
