Long-time Arlington Resident - wouldn't recommend

Mozart Management is inflexible, bureaucratic and rude. Things like WEEKLY water shut-offs from 9AM-noon so they can fix the building's plumbing; rental agents entering your apartment without bothering to call ahead; requiring you to park head on so they can check your sticker more easily; constantly losing (ignoring') requests for maintenance and repairs, chopping down nearly all of the trees to expand parking, installing cheap window A/C units throughout the apartment without telling us first (and then not activating them without charging major $$ to run ONE at a time). The list goes on... We stayed and paid. It's a good location. The staff are nice. The management repeatedly extorts signatures on riders and addenda to your lease (sign or move). If you're too busy to care and don't have kids to worry about (the lead, the asbestos dust, the constant construction and intrusions, the messes left behind, the too small laundry room...), then the Arlington would probably work for you.
